About the Role

As Manager – Fulfillment & Customer Experience, you will be the backbone of everything that happens after the order is confirmed. From production planning to timely delivery, from dispatch execution to handling quality feedback, your mission is simple: ensure a seamless experience for every customer, every time.

This role is central to our operations and reports directly to senior leadership. Success here means high OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) delivery rates, minimal quality escalations, and strong coordination between factory teams and the sales desk.

What Success Looks Like
  • All orders are delivered on time, in full, without damage.
  • Production is scheduled efficiently across both Air Jet and Water Jet weaving units.
  • Customer complaints drop by 80% through proactive quality control and responsive follow-ups.
  • Real-time dashboards and updates keep leadership fully informed without chasing.
  • You’re the “go-to” person after every sale, enabling the sales team to stay focused on growth.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end post-sales execution for all weaving orders once rates and quantities are confirmed.
  • Prepare and adjust production schedules daily in coordination with the factory team.
  • Monitor progress on the shop floor for both Air Jet and Water Jet looms.
  • Supervise all aspects of dispatch and delivery, ensuring orders leave on time and reach customers safely.
  • Implement and oversee quality control protocols before shipment.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolution with professionalism and speed.
  • Serve as the liaison between the sales, production, and logistics teams.
  • Maintain daily reporting dashboards and issue trackers for internal visibility.
Qualifications
  • 4–8 years of experience in textile operations, production planning, or dispatch management.
  • Strong working knowledge of weaving processes, especially Air Jet and Water Jet looms.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP or production planning software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions: hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain and enforce compliance with labor laws, PF/ESIC filings, factory acts, and state regulations.
  • Build and implement HR policies, employee grievance redressal systems, and workplace discipline protocols.
  • Lead and coordinate third-party audits and maintain all documentation for buyer certifications (e.g., GOTS, GRS, Higg Index).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track sustainability metrics and recycling standards.
  • Manage brand onboarding portals and ensure readiness for buyer compliance checks.
  • Partner with leadership to develop a culture aligned with the company’s sustainability and IPO ambitions.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in HR and compliance within the textile or manufacturing sector.
  • Deep understanding of Indian labor laws, statutory filings, and HR best practices.
  • Prior experience with certification audits and brand compliance platforms (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

About the Role

As General Manager – Weaving Operations, you will lead the end-to-end execution of our weaving division—overseeing both Air Jet and Water Jet machines across multiple production units. This is a high-ownership role that combines technical expertise, people management, and strategic foresight to drive output, efficiency, and quality at scale.

You’ll work directly with the Chairman’s Office to optimize productivity, implement lean systems, and ensure that our weaving output meets both commercial goals and sustainability benchmarks.

  • Smooth coordination between production, maintenance, quality, and post-sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations for Air Jet and Water Jet weaving machines, including shift planning, operator deployment, and output targets.
  • Monitor production KPIs such as loom efficiency, fabric yield, wastage, and machine downtime.
  • Collaborate with the Fulfillment Manager for timely dispatch and priority-based weaving schedules.
  • Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance with internal and external technical teams.
  • Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks, with root-cause analysis on complaints or returns.
